In this role you will provide administration support to the senior Partner / Directors within our multi-disciplined KPMG Law team. This role will see you working alongside an easy going collaborative, fast growing team. You will be a self-motived, eager to learnPersonal Assistantwho thrives working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
In this role you will:
In this dynamic and integral role you will use your Personal Assistant experience to:Proactively and professionally manage high volume diaries and all meeting logistics;
Prepare large documents, including tracking changes and version control
Carry out all facets of Personal Assistant duties including a professional and confident phone manner, monitoring of emails for delegated parties, booking both domestic and international travel; events (internal and client), job related tasks including reporting, billing, expenses, etc
Responsible for onboarding new starters into team
Be engaged in the team's project work and assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients as required
Work autonomously and manage highly confidential information.
Work as a valued member of the group's larger Personal Assistant team to develop policies and procedures to ensure the efficient, effective and professional operation of the broader team.

Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Familiarity with using Microsoft Suite
