Senior People Solutions Advisors

The Organisational Development (OD) Program is looking for Senior Advisors to join our People Solutions team. People Solutions is responsible for the development and delivery of key people strategies to enable the Bureau's strategic objectives.

People Solutions works across OD with People Partners and subject matter experts, as well as with external stakeholders. The team focuses on achieving high impact and customer-centric HR and culture outcomes, driving the development and adoption of best practice in both operations and strategy.

The successful candidate will have a track record of navigating the complexities of specialist and operational environments to deliver high quality people outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills underpinned by a customer-centric approach are a must.
