We are seeking a highly accomplished, resourceful and dedicated Senior People Partner to deliver best practice HR services that will directly contribute to enhancing our employee experience and deliver our Mission.
In this role, you will be joining an experienced, engaged and passionate HR team who partner across a portfolio which comprises 23 Aged Care Homes, Community Care and Independent Living across QLD, NSW and Victoria.
You will be a trusted advisor to the State Managers, and will provide hands-on HR support for several residential aged care facilities and the Community Care teams.
You will also provide support for people & culture initiatives across the division nationally.
This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity that allows flexibility to work from home as well as from our SVCS locations.
The role is based at Heathcote NSW and there will be a requirement to work from other sites across NSW.
You will bring proven experience in partnering and coaching to Leaders across the full employee lifecycle, including: Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Experience and Engagement initiatives, Change Management and Cultural development which enhances our employee and client / resident experience.
In addition, you will be involved in EA and Award interpretation and providing sound advice and guidance to our Leaders and Team Members.
