About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior People and Culture Business Partner to partner with senior leadership within our support office. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in delivering our People Strategy and contributing towards our company culture, while ensuring a positive, high-performance work environment is maintained.
Your day-to-day Work closely with the Chief People Officer to drive transformational change, accountability, and efficiencies across the Support Office.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Executive and Senior Leaders assisting them to achieve their business objectives through the provision of professional advice and coaching.
Partner with the specialist people support teams to ensure solutions are developed and available for support team needs and requirements.
Support Leaders in developing and evolving organisational design solutions for functional support teams that enable the business to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Ensure the effective delivery of the performance cycle through working closely with the capability team on design, coaching leaders, and ensuring performance plans are regularly reviewed and delivered upon.
Analyse exit data and people metric data to formulate strategies to support team engagement and performance.
Provide performance support and guidance to leaders, promoting a proactive approach to the management of team members and improving performance.
Provide guidance to leaders ensuring issues including grievances and complaints are effectively managed and resolved, ensuring leaders are accountable for identification and ongoing management of underperformance and disciplinary cases.
About You 5+ years of Generalist Human Resources experience
Stakeholder management and proven business partnering ability leading businesses through change and transformation
Proven ability to build a high-performance culture through organisation design and culture initiatives
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
Professional integrity and confidentiality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
