We connect, listen, advocate, and enable Aboriginal Communities, to lead accountability and change across Government. 2x temporary Grade Clerk 9/10 roles, up to 3 October 2025, based in Dubbo. About the role. The Senior Partnership Officer manages and supports projects, fostering partnerships between Aboriginal community governance bodies, government agencies, and other sectors. The role ensures Aboriginal communities have a voice in local decision-making, promotes self-governance and economic development, and facilitates culturally appropriate engagement and capacity building.

You have demonstrated experience in developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets and meeting reporting requirements. You're able to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management. You can facilitate a coordinated approach to resolving complex matters in a sensitive environment. You have a proactive approach in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. You understand how to communicate sensitively and effectively with, and understand issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
