You! The Owners Corporation Manager is responsible for facilitating all business in relation to Owners Corporation matters and ensuring all common areas of properties are well maintained in compliance with the Owners Corporation statutory requirements.
We'd like to hear from you if you have;
Demonstrated understanding of an Owners Corporation role including thorough knowledge of Owners Corporation statutory requirements with proven business development skills.
Sound knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate industryExperience in handling budgets, financial details and interpreting figures.Ability to accurately interpret contracts, legislation and terminology relating to Owners Corporation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a wide variety of people.Ability to develop lasting relationship with committees, contractors, staff and the leadership team.Flexibility, time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.Accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrated Initiative, negotiation and problem solving ability.3 years Owners Corporation experience Formal qualifications for this role are not mandatory; however, any administrative training or commercial qualifications relevant to Owners Corporation management, property or real estate would be a distinct advantage.
