This business is on an exciting growth trajectory with more expansion related projects underway - now is a great time to join this business.The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Senior Organisational Development Project Manager to be responsible for leading organisational development strategy and projects, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, capability development, talent and succession, culture and engagement. The goal of the team is to lift performance, capability and engagement through leadership and management of the organisations OD function.As Senior Organisational Development Project Manager, key focuses include:Diagnose business needs, and, design, develop and execute effective OD solutions to enable business strategy executionDesign and project manage OD programs.Manage a range and variety of projects simultaneously across the businessLead, manage and implement culture and organisation change initiativesFacilitate people leader forums, leadership development interventions, team effectiveness interventionsBuild relationships and develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Engage stakeholders and manage expectationsManage procurement contracts for relevant OD suppliersManage budget, compliance and reporting of OD programsEmbed continuous improvement practicesDevelop, implement and maintain operational policies, procedures and processes as requiredThe Successful CandidateThis role will appeal to an experienced OD professional that enjoys developing strategies, managing programs and working as part of a close team.
