WHAT YOU WOULD DO
Maintain a Diverse Caseload
Engage with individuals across various life stages and diagnoses in settings like our Ipswich or Toowoomba clinic, homes, pre-schools, or hospitals, with clients funded by NDIS, HCP, Medicare, DVA, or CHSP.
Your special interests are encouraged and promoted, and as a Senior your caseload can be tailored to these interests.
Oversee Clinical Excellence
Guide the direction of clinical services in line with our frameworks.
Pioneer and evaluate novel or innovative Occupational Therapy models.
Maintain and advocate for best practices in service delivery.
Support Career and Personal Development
Engage in and provide opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Oversee and educate emerging professionals in the field.
Act as a catalyst for positive change, inspiring others through periods of transition.
Support Governance and Grow Your Leadership Skills
Make well-considered decisions that take into account the broader context.
Lead the team in developing and implementing practice standards and service improvement projects.
Design and implement training materials to support clinical excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Qualifications
Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Skills
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to have fun.
An ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an ever-improving work environment.
Experience
Experience leading OT services in a Senior role or higher.
Experience in the NDIS space.
