About the Role In this senior position, your responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse caseload, including providing advanced care to children, families, and adults.
Supervising and mentoring junior therapists to help them grow their skills and confidence.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and achieve optimal client outcomes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral networks and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you will need: Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist , particularly with paediatric and family-focused interventions.
Current professional registration and eligibility for Medicare provider numbers.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to support team development.
A passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and improving client outcomes.
