Senior Murex Collateral Consultant

Project Description
We've been engaged by a large Australian financial institution to provide resources for their upcoming Murex Binary Upgrade project.
This bank is considering moving from the current Murex version 42 to the latest higher version (V56 or V58) to include changes that majorly impact the Collateral, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Ops, and settlement functionalities and modules.
There are also some impacts in MX technical areas, Reporting, and EODs.
We require an experienced Murex Collateral consultant as part of this upgrade project.
Responsibilities
You will provide Murex Collateral Module consulting support with extensive experience in the MX.3 Datamart module.
The role will require a strong financial markets background across a range of asset classes (IRD, Fixed Income, Commodities) and exposure to LRB and LTS.
The position will work closely with the existing Luxoft delivery team and interface with the business and client technology functions.
Skills
Must Have
7+ years of relevant experience
Understanding of Legal Agreements (CSA/GMRA)
Understanding of Collateral stamping (including Murex setup)
Experience with MLC (Murex Limits Controller) for Collateral Exposure calculation
Back Office knowledge
Understanding of Margin Calls/Expected Margin calls and EOD scripts
Collateral Exchange workflow (or at minimum MxML)
Collateral inventory and Allocation process
Exposure to the following will be an advantage:
Working in Murex Upgrade Projects
Interest statements
Collateral exchange accounting
Knowledge on LRB creation and LTS scripts
Exposure to margining payments
Nice to Have
Techno-Functional skills and the ability to deal with a multitude of stakeholders.
