Your days will be interesting and varied and will help you grow and develop as a Senior Assessor.Your key responsibilities will include:Provide a high-level of technical assistance and support within the Farm and Machinery space.Ensure all HMV Assessors are updated on the changing technologies within the Agri-Sector.Manage and update the Farm and Machinery Policy and Procedure Manual for HMV Assessing as required.Assist in Identifying training requirements and facilitate training programs in the Farm and Machinery space.Complete the daily allocation of the nominated Assessing Runs.Contribute to Monthly Assessor Meetings within the HMV Assessing division.Assist the HMV leadership team with internal and external enquiries.Completion of HMV Motor Vehicle Assessments as required within the business unit.Monitor, review and maintain required productivity levels in line with company assessing philosophies.Assist the HMV Leadership team in the communicating and updating of client and AAMC requirements to all HMV Assessors.Assist with the recruitment of assessors.About usAAMC are Australia's leading motor accident management and assessing specialist.
