Description Deliver business goals for NRMA B2B and motoring products including batteries and driver training. Lead a small team to maximize direct acquisition and retention of SMEs.
Assess current initiatives and develop new strategies to drive business performance. This is a unique opportunity to join an amazing business and make a real difference.
Monitor performance metrics, optimize strategies based on data insights, and ensure seamless brand alignment.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office or as required in Sydney Olympic Park or Barrack Place.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of solid marketing experience at a middle-manager capacity
Experience with B2B marketing is highly desirable
A graduate with a Bachelor or MBA
Proven track record in strategy development, campaign planning and management across fully integrated communication channels
People leadership skills and responsive to change
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
Able to create innovative solutions and identify cross-functional opportunities
Analytical and results-driven
