The Company
An established online retail brand that prides itself on providing quality services to its customers, keeping up with the times and continually ensuring customer experience leads their strategic and tactical decisions. Due to expansion of the team they are now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop a multi-channel strategic plan with a focus on Digital, CRM, customer lifecycle and being a mentor to help guide a successful team.

The Role
The main focus of the role is to help drive, increased profits through marketing activity across loyalty programs, brand, affiliate channels, digital and customer lifecycle. Managing a team of 5 this role will lead and be accountable for each individual's development and ensure they strive to perform in role and set KPI's. With a test and learn, hands on approach the role will work across Customer Lifecycle, email marketing, affiliate and partnerships. With a focus across digital, CRM, paid social and SEM.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Build reporting and dashboards that makes key lifecycle customer/transaction data transparent, actionable, and a key part of campaign/promotional tactics.
Own the full lifecycle and build tactical roadmaps to cater for the full journey from no brand awareness to the habitual customer with 5+ orders behind them.
Design and articulate a plan for what channels, tactics and communication will create brand loyalty.
Work with the broader team to identify optimal channels for acquiring new email subscribers via competitions, social media campaigns and other online channels. Monitor churn of new acquisitions and test different promotions for driving conversion to purchase within the first three months.
As owner of the email KPI's and relationship with the Email Service Provider (ESP) you will be responsible for developing and exceeding KPIs. Ensuring that email targets are communicated and work with the ESP to develop and deliver the email strategy/roadmap to deliver against targets.
Weekly, monthly and quarterly management of the affiliates to ensure commercial agreements and growth strategies are in line with overall business and A&R plans.
Overseeing annual affiliate publisher campaign calendar activity ensuring commercial KPIs are monitored to yield the best ROI / per campaign.
Performance reporting to ensure costs are managed and growth performance is aligned to annual FY sales budgets and forecasts.
Develop and nurture unique partnerships that builds profitable transactions and brand exposure.
Effectively manage team of 5, monthly reporting, annual revues and ensure they have ability to grow and progress within their remit.

The Person
If you are a hands on passionate marketer and like a varied workload then this is the role for you. With experience in ATL/BTL and Digital channels you will be a 'out of the box' kind of thinker. With a test and learn approach and a continuously curiosity to try new things and learn.
5 years minimum experience in marketing within the retail industry
Experience managing a team of direct reports
Strong experience across ATL, BTL tactics and strategy
Strong experience in attribution modelling
Experience in all digital channels and building campaigns for increased revenue.
