About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent, Learning & Development, this newly created role within our Organisational Culture & Capability team provides an excellent opportunity to lead the design and delivery of contemporary talent-based strategies and initiatives across the University. The Senior Manager, Talent Development will oversee a team of Talent and Organisational Development specialists who be responsible for the implementation and delivery of bespoke talent processes.
This role provides a unique opportunity to take a lead role in transforming the talent development strategy at the University to support the growth and capability of our people. The Senior Manager, Talent Development will be required to build strong collaborative relationships with a range of senior stakeholders and partnerships with HR colleagues across the function
This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus .
Our Ideal Candidate
You will possess leadership experience, coupled with a passion for talent and organisational development. You will be well versed in contemporary, best practice talent management practices and trends, particularly around performance and development, succession planning, culture, leadership, and capability assessment. Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and leading organisation-wide talent management programs is critical, plus the proven ability to establish and maintain influential and productive relationships with various interdisciplinary stakeholders, particularly those at a senior management level.

This is a full-time, continuing position. Total remuneration (incl. 17% super) will be negotiated with the preferred candidate.
