Senior leadership opportunity Key role in the success of our technological transformation Full time, 3 year contract based in Burwood East About Triple Zero Victoria Triple Zero Victoria (000VIC) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.
This integration of emergency services communications within 000VIC is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at 000VIC is deeply committed to the community it serves and is among the most dedicated and highly skills in its field.
About the Role The Senior Manager, Stakeholder and Planning is a pivotal role in our technological transformation and is focused on ensuring effective stakeholder engagement to understand all stakeholders needs and mobilise plans and resources to support change.
Reporting to the Director, Transformational Change, this role also leads schedulers and analysts in the coordination of planning and logistics to support successful stakeholder change adoption, in addition to ensuring all aspects of stakeholder engagement are well-considered and implemented systematically.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Lead the full breadth of stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally, including mapping, understanding levels of influence, and providing strong governance and reporting Lead organisational change aspects including communications plans and artifacts to ensure they are of a high standard and influential People leadership of a team of schedulers and analysts, to ensure the coordination of planning and logistics that will support successful stakeholder change adoption About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Considerable demonstrated experience working in complex environments that involve considerable stakeholder engagement and management at all levels to achieve large-scale projects. You will have sophisticated interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all types of stakeholders and be skilled in negotiation and the ability to establish, build and maintain effective relationships. Qualifications in Business and Business Systems are essential, as is experience working in the emergency management and services sector, with confidence in Agile work practices preferred.
