About the role
Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) is the regulator for the commercial passenger vehicle industry in Victoria. CPVV is at the forefront of commercial passenger vehicle regulation in Australia. We led the nation by being the first State to establish a single commercial passenger industry, providing Victorians with greater transport choices.
As the Senior Manager Human Resources, you would lead a multidisciplinary team of HR practitioners in the delivery of internal HR consultancy services and provide technical support and advice to a range of stakeholders. The Senior Manager HR provides specialist input on leadership development, change management, culture development, innovation and continuous improvement.
About you
Along with extensive experience in HR, you will have the following skills/attributes:
Strong people management and leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop and coach a team of professionals in the delivery of complex human resource consultancy.
Experience in the provision of high-level strategic consultancy, coaching, influencing and advice to all levels of the organisation.
Ability to identify and resolve sensitive people issues as well as a proven record of providing clear, consistent advice whilst applying fair decision making.
Sound judgement and experience in high-level decision making.
