We are seeking a Senior Manager, Executive & Employee Communications - APAC, who will focus on delivering a communications strategy that will help our employees feel a meaningful connection between their impact and our purpose, priorities, and products.What You'll DoExecutive Communications Strategy: Create and execute the executive communications strategy for the President in the region, reinforce key business messages through editorial and events strategy, lead crisis and change management communications in partnership with the local leadership.Employee Communications Strategy: Be responsible for the vision, development, and execution of communication programs in partnership with cross-functional teams across APAC.Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted internal communications advisor to key business leaders and other key partners in APAC.Thought Leadership: Drive consistency in all regional messaging, advancing Adobe's global corporate narrative.Compelling Storytelling: Inspire through authentic, relevant, and timely content.Innovative and engaging communication assets: Amplify this content via effective, high-quality assets including email, internal community social channel posts, and more.Practices & Processes: Build best-in-class communications practices and processes.What You Need To SucceedExecutive presence and shown ability to influence cross-functional teams.Ability to move between strategy and execution easily.Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience in articulating complex and nuanced issues internally.Experience supporting businesses in APAC jurisdictions.Experience and passion for rapid response and crisis communications.Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal.Significant relevant work experience.Adobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development.Take the plunge and jump inLiking what you have read and keen to jump in?
