We are responsible for analysing financial crime data, implementing detection strategies which mitigate risk and prevent financial crime.Do work that matters:As a Senior Manager Coverage Strategy Assessments, you'll lead a team of risk managers and be responsible for ensuring coverage assessments are created and maintained demonstrating coverage of international and domestic regulator red flags against the group's products taking into account Product, KYC and Transaction Monitoring controls.This is a 12 month Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity.On a day-to-day basis, you'll:Support the GM in the execution of FCC objectivesProvide business support and expert adviceApply the Group's FCC framework and risk mitigation strategy and support the maturation of this frameworkReduce the potential impact of current and emerging FCC risks on CBA customersContribute to strategic planning initiatives and execution of these strategies within FCCContribute to Regulator relationship management including the provision of data analysis and intelligence activitiesLead a team of risk advisors, and provide guidance on analytical approaches and risk management strategiesRecommend mitigating strategies and actively manage emerging events, ensuring strategies are implemented which effectively manage the associated riskEnsure that clear and concise documentation is produced by the teamDrive insights into trends and anomalies - including root cause analysisPrioritise and manage work allocations across the team and provide recommendations on aligning tasks to strategic prioritiesLead stakeholder engagements and ensure that key tasks are defined and the appropriate priority is assignedWe are interested in hearing from people who have:Please note that we are interested in hearing from people who might not meet all the following criteria.
