Job Description The role is responsible for implementing finance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accountability. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the automation of reporting processes. Developing dashboards and KPI reporting. Implementing consolidated and divisional reporting to drive accountability, including overhead allocation. Updating the Chart of Accounts to align with modern reporting needs. Streamlining and automating short- and long-term cash flow analysis. Enhancing bank transaction processes and reviewing banking requirements. Supporting tax consolidation, GST grouping, and TPAR reporting. Documenting finance procedures and creating role-specific workplans. Collaborating on IT strategy and improving Netsuite utilisation. Analysing costs and supplier relationships to recommend efficiencies. Implementing expense management and credit card expenditure reporting. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus. They will possess:
Proficiency in Netsuite and advanced Excel skills. Experience in project management and systems integration. Strong knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Solutions 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Effective communication skills to simplify complex information for non-financial audiences.
