Roster: Monday to Friday with flexible hours and an on-site childcare crèche available. Occasional site travel required.

As a Senior Maintenance Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving our business goals by enhancing our systems (including SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Fiori, Asset Manager, and other asset and materials management systems). Reporting to the Superintendent of Assets & Materials Management Systems, you will gather relevant information, consider end-user needs, and deliver improvements as the systems expert.


Key Responsibilities Implementing technical system enhancements to support Fortescue's growth.Collaborating with subject matter experts to maintain a streamlined system landscape.Managing change effectively for all improvement initiatives.Understanding end-user needs to optimize our AMM systems.Coaching and mentoring Maintenance Systems Specialists.Developing a future systems roadmap to support Fortescue.Providing day-to-day system support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth transitions from project implementation to business-as-usual activities. Qualifications and Experience Extensive experience with SAP programs (S/4HANA & Fiori) in plant maintenance.Proven ability to create and review enhancement scoping documentation.Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.Experience with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Enable Now, and SAP Articulate Rise is highly regarded.Knowledge of materials management systems and warehousing/logistics processes is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various levels.
