Senior Library Officers perform a crucial role in the client services team.
As well as providing front of house services to clients, they contribute to the effective administration of team functions, including venues, inter-library loans and volunteer support.

Key to this role is providing a high-quality service to people accessing the State Library in a fast paced environment, and supporting clients to build their digital literacy skills to participate in today's growing information society.
