Your day will be filled with variety, as you provide high-level legal advice to executive leaders and internal teams across Darling Downs Health. You'll review and negotiate commercial contracts with a range of external partners, from universities to private companies, ensuring compliance with legal standards while maintaining strong, positive relationships. You'll manage complex legal risks and represent the organization in dealings with external law firms, government agencies, and courts. Whether you're drafting briefing notes for senior leadership, advising on confidentiality issues, or providing expert counsel on employment and health law matters, your role will be integral to the smooth functioning of our health service. You'll also have the chance to contribute to shaping new policies and legislation that impact healthcare delivery in Queensland, ensuring our operations are always in line with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
