What work will you do?
Provide expert legal advice across administrative, dispute resolution, employment and disciplinary law; Partner with business units to resolve complex legal matters in line with legislative requirements; Advise on statutory interpretation and complaints, including independent reviews and remediation; Liaise with panel law firms, overseeing quality and ensuring value delivery; Play a key role in legal strategy development aligned to organisational goals; and Ensure compliance and defensibility of advice while supporting organisational transformation.
What type of person will be successful?
Admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW; Experienced (ideally 6+ years PQE) in administrative, employment, and dispute resolution law; Commercially minded with a deep understanding of regulatory environments; An effective communicator and natural collaborator who can influence senior stakeholders; Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and maintain high standards under pressure.
