Description As the Senior Manager of Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the company's financial and operational processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance, you'll develop and execute a strategic audit program across multiple divisions, assessing risk management practices, corporate governance and internal controls. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading audit engagementsManaging stakeholder relationshipsDelivering insightful recommendations to drive business improvementsWorking closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsFostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and best practices across the organisationManaging the team and the co-sourced arrangementProfile The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, ideally with a background in a large corporate or Big Four firm or a mid-tier. You will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in managing audit teams, delivering high-impact results, and influencing senior stakeholders. A CPA, CA, or CIA qualification is essential and experience in the services, operations and/or infrastructure sector will be highly advantageous. In addition to this, you will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
