Job Description As the Senior Manager of Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the company's financial and operational processes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance, you'll develop and execute a strategic audit program across multiple divisions, assessing risk management practices, corporate governance and internal controls.
Key responsibilities will include leading audit engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering insightful recommendations to drive business improvements.
You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and best practices across the organisation.
Managing the team and the co-sourced arrangement, you will support and work collaboratively with stakeholders accordingly.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, ideally with a background in a large corporate or Big Four firm or a mid-tier.
You will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in managing audit teams, delivering high-impact results, and influencing senior stakeholders.
A CPA, CA, or CIA qualification is essential and experience in the services, operations and/or infrastructure sector will be highly advantageous.
In addition to this, you will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
