As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll work directly with clients to deliver creative design solutions, so exceptional communication and relationship building skills will be essential.
These soft skills will transfer perfectly to ensure you excel at managing stakeholders (locally and internationally), guiding and mentoring junior designers and inspiring the project team overall.

You'll be managing projects from pitching through to on-site coordination, so it's essential that you're confident leading the entire project journey from concept to completion.

Skills & Experience Required: 12+ years of experience in a senior Interior Design capacityTertiary qualification in Interior Design/Architecture5+ years across high-quality workplace and commercial projectsDesign and construction experience would be highly regardedProven project leadership and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Revit, Enscape and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong networking skills and industry connectionsOutstanding opportunity to be part of a client/results focused company with a friendly, social, inclusive, proactive culture.
