This role is an opportunity to manage and deliver large-scale mechanical projects within their major projects department. You will be responsible for overseeing projects with a mechanical value of $20 million and above, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion, focusing on projects with a mechanical value of $20 million and above.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Collaborate closely with in-house engineering, drafting, estimation, and administration teams to drive project success.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
About You:
Substantial experience in managing large-scale HVAC projects, particularly those with a mechanical value of $20 million or more.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive project success.
