With changes at Government level to how organisations like this are empowered to support their communities, BADAC is entering the next natural stage in its evolution.The RoleThe Human Resources Officer position will see you work to undertake industrial and employee relations investigations and management and HR Generalist activities within BADAC. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be supported to work autonomously, as is suited to your senior level of experience, while applying your HR expertise to plan, complete, and report on a range of HR generalist activities.You will proactively engage with relevant parties throughout workplace investigations, employee relations and end-to-end employee management processes. Your experience in a similar role will ensure all reporting, recommendations, advice, and support is legally compliant and documented to the highest standards. You will act as a trusted source of HR advice for members of the BADAC team, and complete associated HR administrative activities as required.This position would suit a Human Resources (generalist professional) with demonstrated years of experience managing Employee and Industrial Relations.
