Summary The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) is responsible for all areas of Human Resources for ANZ.
This role partners with business leaders and the wider HR community to provide strategic HR solutions to business issues and/or objectives.
They also collaborate with subject matter experts for more detailed information and expertise on complex or unusual issues.
Job Description Coach, support, and mentor senior managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues and casework.
Partner and consult with line managers providing HR guidance on all people-related matters.
Coach business leaders on issues of effective team dynamics and organizational effectiveness.
Work closely with the Human Resource Co E (Center of Expertise) to ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives, such as (but not limited to) Annual Compensation Review and Talent Review.
Advise and work with the COE (Center of Expertise) on local and functional specifics, including documentation of policies and changes.
Conduct periodic data analysis of HR & business data to drive decision making.
Advise on current organizational change matters ensuring best practices are adhered to.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in attracting the best talent for Veeam, and ensure an excellent onboarding process for new hires.
Actively support employee retention initiatives by raising potential risks and challenges to the attention of business leaders or other HR functions.
Interview candidates in the recruitment process for senior leadership positions, key roles, or upon request from a business leader.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Support employees in scope with their career development efforts.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role.
