Responsibilities Offering expert advice on hair care, styling, products and treatments to help clients achieve their desired look.
Performing a variety of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry to continuously enhance your skills.
Maintaining a clean and organised work station to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and colleagues.
Building and maintaining client relationships through attentive communication and personalised service.
Collaborating with team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Handling cash and administrative duties at the end of the day.
Organising appointments via phone and in-person.
Maintaining a hygienic work environment.
Requirements Min.
5+ years demonstrated hairdressing/stylist skills/experience.
Trade certificate in Hairdressing or equivalent/on-the-job training.
Sound knowledge of hair cutting, colouring & styling.
Sound knowledge of haircare products and advice.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Annual Base Salary: $73,000-$75,000
