Working for a global media brand in Sydney as their new Head of People & Culture.
You will report to the CEO and manage and oversee the P&C function for the business of 250 + employees across Australia, whilst being part of a wider global brand.

This is a career role for an HR professional who is looking for their next step up to a leadership style position, as the client is very open to this and developing someone.
Your new role Managing and mentoring a small teamWorking as part of the SLTDeveloping and enhancing HR processes and systemsDeveloping and implementing new people strategies to drive engagement and performanceBusiness partnering across a creative, corporate and Sales & Marketing workforce across multiple sitesManaging and leading on performance reviews and succession planningTalent management and supporting the TA function in finding the best talent and onboardingRemuneration & Benefits, wellbeing and salary reviewsHRIS Management and overseeing the payroll functionHR data insights, reporting, RTW and Workers CompL&D initiatives and leadership coachingEmployee relations, managing end to end workplace investigation, advising on modern award and employment legislationWhat you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced Senior HR Manager, or up and coming Head of HR who has managed a small team previously.You will be hands-on and be happy to take on operational leadership work and support as well as lead and design strategic programs for the wider business.You ideally will have worked in a creative, media, sales & marketing style business or industry and have experience of business partnering with the creative and technology sector.You will have strong HRIS skills and high attention to detail.You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and have past experience working in changing and multicultural environments.What you'll get in return Salary on offer is 130 - 160K base + super (fixed) plus excellent benefits including wellbeing programs, hybrid working, financial incentives, discounts, extra leave.Excellent career development and training offered - ideal role for someone who is looking for that Step Up to a Head of role.Great offices, location is Inner West of Sydney and close to train station as well as free parking on site.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, with your salary needs and availability.Must be based in Australia and have location HR experience and expertise in employment law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
