Senior HR Business Partner - Adcorp Group Your New Organisation:
Adcorp Group is a workforce solutions company operating internationally offering temporary and permanent staff placement, training services, and more.
Labour Solutions Australia (LSA) is an Adcorp subsidiary, specialising in custom labour hire and workforce solutions for the construction, mining, healthcare, and hospitality industries.
Our goal is to improve our clients' productivity and operational efficiency.
Your New Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner supporting Labour Solutions Australia, you will strategically partner with business leaders to drive the People and Culture Strategy's success, focusing on aligning HR initiatives to business goals.
This includes workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
A key part of this role involves leveraging automation and AI technologies, specifically through the Employment Hero system, to drive HR efficiency and enhance decision-making.
A strong remit within Employee Relations will be a crucial component of this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business growth and future trends.
Drive improvements in recruitment processes, focusing on reducing time-to-hire and increasing the quality of talent acquisition.
Support numerous business areas in Employee Relations requirements and translate complex legislation into plain language.
Lead initiatives to build a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positions the organisation as an employer of choice.
Work with the leadership team to design remuneration and performance strategies that reward high performers and provide growth opportunities.
Support the development of clear, measurable performance goals that are aligned with business success.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that ensure a respectful workplace.
Lead employee well-being initiatives, focusing on mental health and work-life balance.
Leverage AI and HRIS systems to enhance the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and improve overall HR efficiency.
Lead the implementation of automation processes for repetitive HR tasks, such as onboarding, candidate screening, and performance management.
