The Opportunity Based in Sydney, you will work closely with the local HR Business Partner to support our people function and contribute to our ongoing industry success.
You will be working alongside national and region-wide HR colleagues and will be an intrinsic member of our Australian HR team, giving you the opportunity to learn and work with some of the industry's best people.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will partnering with internal and external stakeholders on all facets of the employment lifecycle, contributing to Division Managers and the senior leadership teams to drive successful people & business outcomes.
Proactively contributing to an inclusive and high-performing culture by providing effective support to the leadership and management teams (including line managers) in employee relations and HR advisory issues such as performance management, remuneration reviews, legislative compliance, as well as policy and procedure implementation.
Working alongside the Australia HR Business Partner, you will gain exposure to a wide range of people-related matters, where no two days will be the same!
About you Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Similar Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills, comfortable to liaise with employees at all levels.
Experience in providing practical and timely HR guidance and advice to employees, including line managers and the local leadership team around HR policies and procedures.
Pride in delivering a quality service to your internal clients to roll out HR initiatives across NSW, working alongside the wider Australia HR team including Mobility, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to maintain a positive HR presence.
If you have some experience in workers compensation, remuneration structures and Australian Industrial Relations, including supporting roll outs of HR initiatives, this will be highly advantageous to your role, but not essential.
