Due to internal movement, this business is now looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to support a major stakeholder function.The RoleReporting into the HR Manager, you will work across all generalist areas of HR including remuneration reviews, performance management, learning and development, as well as employee relations. You will work across your client group to advise and influence senior stakeholders and leaders on best practice change management and organisational redesign. You will also be heavily involved in coaching, mentoring and influencing senior leaders within your client groups. You will work across both an operational level of HR, being hands on with the business, as well as work with the broader HR team to develop and implement high level HR strategy at a local level.About YouTo be successful in this role you will ideally have a degree in HR, coupled with experience within a HR generalist role, working as Senior Advisor. You will have strong knowledge of current legislation and be able to apply this practically across complex situations. You will have come from a highly complex organisation and will be a strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at a very senior level and gain credibility quickly.
