About the team The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division exists for the purpose of showcasing the best of UWA, ultimately enhancing reputation and driving student recruitment. The division consolidates all marketing, communications and future student related activity into one team, enabling efficiency and effectiveness gains for the University.
About the opportunity You will provide a high level of front-end digital website development expertise and knowledge in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of the University's digital platforms including the University's content management systems.You will have considerable impact on the approach taken to website development, and will provide input on UI design, architecture, APIs and more. You will be responsible for the implementation of a modern, consistent and accessible web interface across public facing UWA websites.About you You are a solution-orientated individual with the ability to work with various technical teams to collaborate on digital solutions.
You are methodical in your approach and can clearly articulate your thinking and recommendations to colleagues who have limited development knowledge.
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate - Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competencySubstantial experience in using UX/UI principles to design and develop complex, web design frameworks and applications aligned to specific needsSubstantial experience with web content management systems and digital marketing tools such as Sitecore, Funnelback, Oracle Eloqua and Google Tag ManagerStrong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be adaptable, proactive, willing to take ownership and manage timeAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of technical understandingBasic knowledge of back-end templated languages such as C# programming is desirableClosing date: 11:55 PM AWST on 24 November 2024.
