We are seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our growing Finance department.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leaders, including our President and Management team, acting as a conduit between finance and leadership.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, preparing detailed reports, driving the annual budget process, and providing accurate forecasting.
Expertise in data analysis and dashboarding, utilizing tools such as PowerBi, will be critical to success in this role.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and possess a high degree of business acumen, with the ability to present complex financial insights with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders, whilst demonstrating a proactive approach to solving financial challenges.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis or similar.
Strong business acumen and the ability to provide valuable insights to influence key stakeholders.
A high degree of professionalism and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior management.
Experience working with PowerBi or equivalent analysis tools.
An analytical mindset and a track record of using data to identify trends and drive decision making.
CPA or CA qualification will be highly regarded.
