Job Description Reporting into the Senior Manager Program Controlling, your role will include:
Ensuring integrity of the Business Financial Performance by providing financial insights, promoting financial controls over the planning and reporting process, whilst delivering strategic financial advice to drive financial performance.Acting as an independent business partner, interacting with all levels of the organisation to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers that contribute to financial success, and being the first point of escalation for finance critical issues, with cross-functional awareness of potential risks and opportunities within the Business.Taking carriage of financial forecasting and performance reporting processes.Linking business drivers with financial insights to drive profit and working capital optimisation, and delivering strategic financial advice to inform pricing and margin models within the development of Customer solutions and commercial decisions in the Business.Working in accordance and compliance with all processes, systems and tools, with process and methodology alignment to overall Corporate finance procedures to enable service delivery excellence.The Successful Applicant Degree in Finance/Accounting or similar + CA/CPA (or working towards).Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a commercial corporate finance position.Knowledge of budget development processes and analysis, financial reporting, accounting standards, and control frameworks.Proven Business partner (propose and deliver solutions and develop networks).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.What's on Offer $120,000 to $140,000 + super.Excellent WFH flexibility.Commercial role focused on business partnering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
