Great culture with a big focus on work life balance.About The Job RoleSenior EstimatorReporting into the company director. Take a lead role in the preparation of tender packages, pricing, estimating, scope of works (SOW) and value management. Salary between $120,000 and $150,000 plus super.DutiesScope of Works (SOW) management.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs, materials and labour costs.Evaluate and compare subcontracts and supplier bids.Value Management alongside the Project Manager.Source new trades alongside Project Manager and Contract Administrator.Preparation of tender documentation.Managing RFI's.Procurement.Essential Skills & ExperienceQualification in Quantity Surveying, Mathematics, Engineering or any other related field.Proven experience of estimating for luxury residential projects.Strong knowledge of the BCA / NCC and Australian Standards.Understanding of construction materials, methods and techniques.Knowledge of industry software such as Microsoft Project and Procore.How to ApplyIf you would like to apply to this Senior Estimator job vacancy, then please email a copy of your resume to ****** or call me on 0432 583 054.
