Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games. We have an exciting brand new opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our Enterprise Risk team in Perth. You will directly support the Head of Enterprise Risk to establish a risk operating model to manage and mitigate risks, issues and incidents across VGW, blending both Line 1 and Line 2 risk responsibilities. 

This newly created position is ideal for a passionate risk professional with strong problem-solving skills, an ability to deliver change and experience across multiple risk domains, including operations, cyber and information security, finance, and legal and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities will include: Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Support the integration of risk management practices into business processes and decision-making, including any GRC tool that may be required Identify, assess, and monitor risks across various business units Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans Maintain and update the enterprise risk register, ensuring accurate and current risk data Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk treatment What you will bring to the role: Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline Professional Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) At least 5 - 7 years of experience in risk management and/ or consultancy across a broad range of domains including operational, cyber and information security, finance, and legal and regulatory compliance.  Familiarity with risk management frameworks and standards such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, or NIST Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identify and address potential risks, issues and incidents Change Management: Proven experience in delivering change by supporting the integration of risk management practices into business processes and decision-making About VGW VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.
