This role may be available at the following RDMW office locations: Ayr, Brisbane, Bundaberg, Caboolture, Gatton, Goondiwindi, Gympie, Longreach, Mackay, Mareeba, Rockhampton, South Johnstone, St George, Toowoomba, Townsville, Warwick. Please advise your preference with your application.Key Accountabilities:

Support the Principal Change Lead in the delivery of the Change Centre of Excellence program, highlighting best practice standards and governance for change, communications, and learning.Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to communicate the adoption of new processes by developing detailed communication plans for relevant projects.Demonstrate exceptional organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all communications are in plain English and aligned with the department's style and branding guidelines.Contribute to the development and execution of communications plans that are clear, concise, and effective for a diverse stakeholder audience.Identify dependencies and opportunities for alignment with other major change initiatives to deliver scale benefits and ensure consistent messaging across the department.Role requirements:

5+ years' experience in delivering change projects, including the development of communications and learning plans.Experience in establishing or contributing to a Change Centre of Excellence or Project Management Office is highly regarded.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools is required.Ability to manage change initiatives that impact processes and ways of working.Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise, and engaging communication materials for all stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on planning and execution capabilities, particularly within transformation-focused settings.The Benefits:
