Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) About the Role:As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you will work closely with the solution architect, subject matter experts, business analysts, and testers to deliver on both functional and non-functional requirements. The primary focus of this project is to integrate two additional business streams into an existing case management system, while driving the technical direction and ensuring the highest standards are met.You will lead the development of software applications and associated solutions, taking a strategic role in shaping the overall architecture, ensuring smooth deployment, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure that all solutions integrate seamlessly and function as expected with interfacing applications.What This Role Offers:A dynamic and highly collaborative team that encourages openness and values each individual's strengths and experience.An opportunity to influence high-impact projects and drive key technology decisions.Real flexibility with hybrid working options.A role where you'll be a key driver of highly anticipated change, supported by internal and external stakeholders across all levels.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and extension of Microsoft Dynamics-based enterprise applications.Architect and maintain solutions within an Azure environment, ensuring scalability and performance.Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards, frameworks, and best practices.Manage source code and iterative development processes, while ensuring clean and efficient codebases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive application architecture and design artifacts.Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications and as-built documentation.Translate and interpret system requirements into technical solutions, ensuring business needs are met.Identify areas for improvement, reduce technical debt, and continuously optimize both new and existing solutions.Serve as a technical leader and mentor, providing guidance and support to team members.Drive technical innovation and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and high-quality solution delivery.Technical Skills, Abilities, and Cultural Fit:5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform-based applications.Strong expertise in developing C# Plugins.Proven experience implementing JavaScript within Dynamics Forms.Experience in implementing Power Automate solutions.In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.7+ years of experience with the .NET stack, with a focus on delivering enterprise solutions.A track record of working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Desirable:Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Understanding of Government services sector or experience in similar complex multi-domain environments.Experience in implementing and utilizing Web APIs.Strong knowledge of modern design patterns, software architectures, and development practices.Familiarity with Microsoft ASP.NET, HTML, and CSS.
