Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full time About the Role The Senior Director, IT will oversee business relationship management and manage technology for the Australia and New Zealand market (ANZ).
This critical leadership position will focus on updating the ANZ legacy tech infrastructure and systems to meet PVH's global standard in the next few years.
The role requires a mix of strategic planning and operational prowess to enhance efficiency and drive business growth. This position is based in Sydney, Head Office and reports into the SVP IT PVH APAC with dual reporting to the GM Finance & IT ANZ.
Duties & Responsibilities Partner with global and regional IT team, to provide local IT support to the ANZ business. Drive transformational initiatives to synchronize ANZ's infrastructure and systems with the established PVH benchmarks, including SAP S4, Planning, Retail, and eCommerce platforms. Advocate the adoption of global technology standards and practices within the local context, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability. Foster collaboration among IT staff at all levels to share knowledge, establish norms, and successfully execute local initiatives. Steer the IT governance framework to align with global standards and regulatory compliances specific to the Australia and New Zealand region. Manage the budget and resource allocation in ANZ, ensuring alignment between global strategic goals and local market objectives. Work with Senior Management to develop business plans that recommend short and long-range objectives consistent with organizational guidelines and designed to develop a continuously growing stream of revenue and profit. Manage local vendors to ensure the seamless integration of global solutions and services with local market customization. Facilitate decision-making with cross-functional business partners, especially when the impact is likely to span multiple brands or channels. Shape a streamlined, skilled, and effective IT team that enhances the capabilities of both regional and global IT groups, fostering a culture of teamwork, business centricity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes constant learning and growth by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to ensure associates reach their full potential. Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes 10 - 15 years experience in leading IT transformational projects in ANZ 5 - 10 years experience in retail and apparel industry in a senior leadership role Preferably hands-on experience in supporting Enterprise and retail systems, e.g. SAP / ERP and POS Bachelor's degree in information technology, project management or like discipline Outstanding abilities in communication and team building, focusing on collaboration across diverse cultures Proven track record of establishing solid relationships with businesses and managing budgets effectively Strong business and financial acumen managing large budgets Process thinking and strong data / analytics skills; ability to map key milestone, roles and responsibilities, and decision points within a complex working environment Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plans, documenting processes and managing large scale projects Collaboration and problem-solving; ability to translate current local best practices to Asia Pacific region and Global needs Strong stakeholder manager; able to build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners About The Company PVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
