This is a diverse role that will give you the ability to grow your career working on Stockland's market leading Land Leased Communities projects. These are typically comprising of freestanding homes, clubhouses and recreational facilities (pools, bowling greens, etc).This is a leadership role that will allow you to work within and develop high-performance teams. To be successful, you will have a strong desire and willingness to develop yourself as a leader and support the development of those around you. You will be a strong communicator and understand how to bring people in to understand the "why" whilst setting a vision to empower your teams to operate in alignment and consistency with the Stockland strategy and values.Daily responsibilities will include:Ensure projects are scoped, designed and delivered within agreed parameters, including managing project consultant coordination, financial performance, awarding managing and administering of contracts, and managing marketing, inquiry and commercial negotiations.Deliver projects in line with Capital Partner expectations.Financial Modelling - Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects.Take a leadership role to ensure a culture of design thinking, customer focus and cross-divisional collaboration is fostered to ensure the delivery of the business strategy and maximise overall profitability.Develop and actively review project Stakeholder Engagement Plan(s) and engage directly with and manage senior level relationships across Stockland with the key stakeholder groups to achieve required outcomes in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland.Ensure professional and timely management of customer issues.Conduct end of project/process review to identify strengths and areas for improvement, integrate past experiences with innovative possibilities to achieve business outcomes, and implement alternatives based on learning.Monitor property/project performance and ensure appropriate action is taken to address incidents and issues.About YouTertiary qualification in Property Economics, Valuation or Business (desirable).Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (desirable).Current Driver's License.Prior experience of property in roles including valuation, agency - leasing or sales, and consultancy is preferable.Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams across multiple projects.Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship skills.The Stockland PropositionWe recognise the importance of flexibility and work life-quality and over 80% of our employees have informal or formal flexible work arrangements.
