Job Description

Relocate to the Hunter Valley for this rare opportunity.

This company has been in the northern NSW market for over 10 years and is steadily growing their development portfolio across Newcastle, Central Coast and the Hunter Valley. They specialise in residential houses, attached multi-dwelling developments and commercial projects.

Hard working and professional team environment, friendly staff and very experienced upper management.

As the Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:
All aspects from property development including Acquisition (due
diligence, feasibility preparation and contract negotiation),
Design and Approvals Management (liaising with consultants, approval authorities, real estate agents etc),
Marketing (marketing package preparation, supporting sales and leasing agents, contract preparation etc),
Construction Management and Settlement (tendering, contract negotiation and legal registration and settlement processes).
To be successful for the role you will need the following background:
A qualification in a property related field and experience in multi-dwelling sites
A minimum of 2+ years experience in a development management role
Experience with acquisitions to handover of full development projects
