This role will guide and mentor Finance One's development team, supporting and improving technical architecture, tools and solutions selection, and development processes.Your Day-to-Day:Mentorship of a highly collaborative team to maintain and enhance the software platform that underpins the core business of the company.Working closely with analysts, business leaders and process owners, you will help to drive delivery of leading-edge software for our business, as well as develop new customer-facing solutions across Australasia.You will be working directly with key internal customers to understand requirements, find solutions and work with the team to make them a reality.Hands-on development work with a highly skilled Australia-based development team.Responsibility for ensuring ongoing improvement in the development aspects of the agile process.Coaching and mentoring of a growing development team.You will have the opportunity to shape the way the company delivers software.You will also need strong soft skills, and the necessary business acumen to listen to customers and learn from peers.You will be working with a diverse software portfolio that includes in-house front-end and back-end applications, as well as integrations with a legacy third-party system.
