This role manages daily and EOM/EOFY Financier reporting; project support and testing; ongoing process review and improvement of funder transactions and relevant off system Excel tools; GL reconciliations; staff management and training and Promap process updates.
Tasks and responsibilities..
Reporting – weekly interest rate analysis; Global EOM Funded portfolio; NSW Government statistics, EOM fleet reports for AU, NZ and UK, ad-hock reporting.
Commission EOM accrual and actual off system reports.
SME lead on projects and testing; requirements analysis, reconciliations and review; and application of change management where required.
Develop; improve and analyse Funder/sgfleet portfolio comparison and analysis in excel; and support the team in the investigation of discrepancies and corrections between sgfleet systems and financier systems.
Liaise with relevant internal parties and financier contacts to review processes and implement changes and improvements to gain efficiencies, including Internal and External Audit support and data verification.
Provide support to the team and sgfleet internal teams through AUFIM and ITC tickets – undertaking investigations of bugs, errors, and corrections in the sgf systems.
Create and maintain Excel tools that support team processes as required.
Train and supervise team staff, including creating and manage Promap WI.
Skills and experience.. Extensive experience in a data analysis role in the leasing, banking or finance industry.
Superior Problem solving skills and follow through to complete resolution.
Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Macro and/or Visual Basic programming along with experience in working with spreadsheets and providing analysis on trends and movements and creating dashboards for analysis.
Analytical skills on financial and management reports and has desire for continuous process improvements to gain better efficiency.
Ability to work with multiple systems and diverse set of tasks and processes.
Proven customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise, lead and motivate others.
