We are pleased to offer a new exciting, permanent position for individuals interested in joining our Tait Asia Pacific Team as an experienced Senior Customer Support Engineer in our Brisbane Office.
This role is primarily responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the strategic goals of the organization through expert technical knowledge and exceptional customer service.
Key functions of this role include: Systematic fault finding and replicationProvision of technical information to customersGeneration of customer reportsTesting of network and terminal components and softwareITIL aligned Incident and Problem managementThis position will require some flexibility in working hours as there is a requirement to complete 'on call' scheduled hours to support customers outside of regular business hours.
What You'll Bring: To be successful in this role you will need to be extremely customer-focused, with advanced technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
