This role is ideal for someone who thrives on resolving complex customer queries, and customising solutions for hardship or vulnerable customers. In this role, you will enhance our remote customer service experience with empathy and enthusiasm, ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard as you resolve complex and unique queries. You'll collaborate to meet performance targets, while striving for continuous improvement, making a real impact by suggesting enhancements to our service delivery.To excel in this role, you will possess exceptional communication and analytical abilities, a strong aptitude for identifying customer needs and exceeding expectations, meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, and a proactive approach to empowering customers with knowledge. PWC values diversity in the workplace.
