About the role TAFE SA is looking for a Senior CRM Developer to lead enhancements to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
In this role, you'll manage CRM projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring solutions align with TAFE SA's goals.
You'll provide expert support to enhance system reliability and work closely with stakeholders to drive improvements that elevate user experience.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of CRM within TAFE SA's ICT Services Division.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead CRM-related projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery aligns with TAFE SA's strategic goals.
Develop, maintain, and update CRM system documentation to support accuracy and consistency in configuration and administration.
Generate and review technical and non-technical reports to inform decision-making and ensure system performance meets organizational requirements.
Lead CRM customizations and enhancement projects, analysing complex data to deliver user-centric solutions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with ICT Services staff, stakeholders, and business units, acting as a bridge for communication and collaboration.
Manage work requests and provide high-level support on incident and change management tasks.
Execute CRM development processes, including coding, testing, and troubleshooting, adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Extensive experience in CRM systems analysis and development, with proven expertise in ICT applications and solution implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including front-end customizations (JS/HTML/CSS/XML) and.
NET C# plugins, along with familiarity with tools such as Dynamics 365 SDK, Xrm Toolbox, Visual Studio, and Git.
Demonstrated experience in providing technical support, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and delivering strategic recommendations.
In-depth understanding of CRM development methodologies, SDLC, and contemporary testing practices, with knowledge of government and TAFE SA protocols.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven adaptability to new technologies, problem-solving through analysis and innovation, and capability to handle complex ICT issues.
Ability to work independently or in a team, with a high degree of autonomy in managing competing demands and delivering quality outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications in information technology is highly desirable.
Special Conditions The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
This role's location is currently site specific, which may change due to the business needs of the role and TAFE SA.
Out of hours work will be required.
Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
