Great fulltime opportunity in our Property Portfolio Management team Melbourne CBD Join a team of high performing Credit Analysts and Senior Credit Analysts in our Commercial Banking segment How will I help? The Senior Credit Analyst is a pivotal member of the Property Portfolio Management team within Commercial Banking, playing a crucial role in achieving Westpac's vision.

This role involves working across the Westpac and Bank of Melbourne brands in the commercial property lending segment.

You will oversee a large portfolio of asset-backed Investment and Development lending transactions, including assessing new deals for New to Bank opportunities, conducting annual reviews of customer connections, and evaluating customer and sector risks.

Additionally, you will provide expert insight and advice across the property segment.

What do I need? Familiarity with current market trends in Property Lending Understanding of construction and development risk Knowledge of investment lending across various property classes, including residential, industrial, office, and retail sub-sectors Degree qualification in accounting, economics, or property disciplines (desirable) Solid Business Banking credit knowledge Commercially focused and risk astute Passionate and energetic Good understanding of the financial services market Strong knowledge of credit risk and compliance What's it like to work there?
